Keeping Information Secure

Data security is fundamental to our operations. Information submitted to us is protected in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), stored on secured systems, and made available only to authorised personnel. Information We Collect

TRUNOVA STORE receives Sub-Merchant information during registration, through service agreements, and from supporting documents submitted for verification. When customers request a payment, they may provide details such as their name, address, phone number and email. We use those details to process the request and communicate its status. We use aggregated data to understand demographics, evaluate service performance, carry out statistical analysis and identify general user interests. Cookies help us understand website use and interactions.

Our logs may record the domain used, pages viewed, products purchased, referring website and time spent on the site. Sub-Merchant payment pages may also record IP address, operating system and browser details.

We do not sell customer data or use it for unrelated marketing.

To provide payment services, personal information may be shared with parties such as acquiring banks, payment processors and service providers.
